We understand that sometimes an event occurs that prevents us from making our appointments, and that is okay! We have created this easy to access page so that you can update our team with any scheduling arrangements you may need for your service. It can guide you through possible actions such as rescheduling, cancelling, or skipping an upcoming appointment if you are one of our recurring customers.

Please note that we require 24 hours of notice before the service's start time to prevent any associated cancellation fees.
