How does pricing work?

Quotes for Standard / Deep / Move-in or Move-Out cleanings are based on the following:

  • entire square footage of the home
  • the number of bedrooms and bathrooms
  • the type of cleaning you need (standard vs heavy duty vs move in/out)
  • the add-on services that you include
  • the condition of the home

To view estimated pricing for your home, visit our online booking form and enter in the square footage, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms for your home. Once completed the quote displayed on our website will change accordingly. There are no surprises with pricing. It’s as simple as that.

Is there an hourly rate?

Generally appointments are booked on a flat-rate price and not an hourly rate. Appointments may be converted to an hourly rate when there are special circumstances or heavy duty conditions in the home. Hourly rates for special condition cleanings start at $100/hr for a team of two cleaners for a minimum of two hours. Examples of special circumstances would be Vacation Rentals, Post-Construction Cleanings, and situations where less than 50% of a home will be addressed.

For special cases like hoarders, pet waste, extremely large homes, very dirty homes, or homes that have not been cleaned in a long time, the quote will be adjusted in consideration of those conditions.

Pricing does not include services such as picking up clutter, organization, deep cleaning of surfaces that have not been cleaned for a long time, trash removal, mold removal, cleaning mold, pet waste, human waste, and any other similar condition. Services to address such conditions might be able to be added to a service, but it would be added at an additional rate and only if the cleaner(s) have the extra time in their schedule to accommodate such changes. Some conditions in a home are not serviceable.
