Home has no electricity, hot water, or air conditioning/heat.

In order for a cleaning to take place the following conditions must be met:
- Cleaner(s) must be given access to the property during the booked appointment time
- Electricity and hot water must be on and functional
- Air conditioning/heat must be available to provide a sustainable working environment
This is to ensure that our team has the utilities needed to utilize their equipment as well as providing a safe environment for them to perform the cleaning service.
If any of these conditions are not met by the customer, the appointment will be canceled and Queen of Maids will collect a $100 cancellation charge for the service.
